The REIT Manager has primary duties and responsibilities in managing the SIRIPRT Trust, including investment in the SIRIPRT Trust’s assets. The REIT Manager will perform its duties under the supervision of the Trustee.
1. Determining the management policy of the SIRIPRT Trust, arranging the capital structure of the SIRIPRT Trust in accordance with the investment policy and strategy, and in accordance with the Trust Deed and in accordance with the Securities Act and other relevant laws, in order to protect the benefits of the unitholders.
2. Preparing the annual budget plan for submission to the Board of Directors and the Trustee for consideration.
3. Complying with the Securities Act and other relevant laws.
4. Supervising, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the property manager.
5. Preparing and disclosing material information of the trust to the unitholders.
6. Determining appropriate measures to manage conflicts of interest.
