The Unitholders’ Meeting of Sansiri Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP) No. 1/2024 on February 15, 2024 resolved to convert the SIRIP property fund into the SIRIPRT trust and approved TSTE REIT Management Co., Ltd. as the founder of the trust and the trust manager, as well as the property manager, to manage and procure benefits from the Siripinyo Real Estate Investment Trust project for the benefit of the trust, with the rights, duties and scope of responsibilities as specified in the property manager appointment agreement. The property manager of the Siripinyo Real Estate Investment Trust project is an experienced and reputable person in property management and has a good understanding of the assets in which the trust invests.
Responsibilities
1. Receive compensation for acting as a property manager from the trust under the employment contract made between the trust and the property manager.
2. Maintain and manage the property of the trust on a daily basis to be in good condition and ready to seek benefits at all times.
3. Collect income and seek benefits from the property and other related assets.
4. Comply with the contract or other duties specified in the property manager employment contract.
5. Perform other duties as announced by the SEC, the Capital Market Supervisory Board or the SEC Office as the duties of the property manager or perform other duties as assigned by the management company.
